Origins

My
Story
I was born and raised in South Africa, where responsibility came early and creativity found its way through sketchbooks, photographs, and big dreams. I grew up surrounded by nature and family, learning the value of resilience and resourcefulness. After high school, I started working to create a place for me in the world. A decision that grounded me in reality, but never killed my vision. It taught me how to survive, adapt, and lead even when no one was watching.
A Life at Sea
In 2015, I stepped aboard a cruise ship for what I thought would be a short-term job as a photographer. That decision launched an eight-year adventure across the globe — from the icy fjords of Norway to the luxury boutiques of the Caribbean. I climbed through the ranks, eventually working in leadership, branding, and luxury sales.
I sold Rolexes while living in a crew cabin. I delivered presentations to hundreds, then folded laundry on my break. That contrast — between glamour and grind — shaped the way I lead, connect, and tell stories.
Canada & the Rebuild
In 2023, I moved to Edmonton, Alberta. It was one of the hardest but most important choices of my life. I’m currently finishing my diploma in Human Resources at NorQuest College and working part-time with Louis Vuitton. I’ve rebuilt my life from the inside out — learning a new system, culture, and way of thinking, all while staying true to who I am. This chapter is about integration: honoring where I’ve been, while becoming who I need to be.
The Bigger Vision
This website is just the beginning.
It’s my foundation — a digital home for the projects I’m building and the person I’m becoming.
I’m currently developing:
• First-Class Persona™ – a brand for ambitious people who want to align their identity and presence
• Discipline by Design™ – a toolkit for rebuilding structure, habits, and confidence
• Cruise Ship Confessional™ – an anonymous space for untold stories from life at sea
Each one represents a piece of me — and a step forward.
The Truth
I don’t have everything figured out. This website isn’t perfect — and neither am I. But this is real. It’s honest.
It’s the beginning of a life I’m building from scratch, on purpose.
If you’re here, thank you. And if you’re building something of your own, keep going.
